Shell has announced that the agreement it made with Dansk Olieselskab AS (DO) in September 2016 to sell A/S Dansk Shell will not go through. Consequently A/S Dansk Shell, which is made up of the Fredericia refinery along with local trading and supply activities, will continue to be owned by Shell and operate as normal.
