The letter stated that G2 LNG LLC has not filed any of the draft resource reports required for FERC staff to continue the environmental review of the LNG project.
The letter read: “G2 LNG has not filed any responses to staff’s comments on draft reports 1 and 10 nor made any apparent progress in revising the reports or developing any of the other resource reports required for our environmental review.
“The pre-filing record indicates that G2 LNG has not engaged any regulatory authorities or potentially affected stakeholders in the last 16 months, which is one of the main intended purposes of the pre-filing process.”
