“The administration’s decision to deny the permits needed to complete this last leg of the project, which has followed the letter of the law throughout the entire approval process, is irresponsible and inappropriate. This action demonstrates that even if you follow the rules, you cannot win if you go against the administration’s political agenda. The decision could unfortunately result in higher costs and lost work for our refiners and manufacturers and will discourage future infrastructure development that is badly needed. We hope that President-elect Trump will reconsider and reverse this decision.”

Rosalie joined Palladian Publications in 2013 as an Editorial Assistant on World Cement and World Pipelines magazine. She moved to Hydrocarbon Engineering in 2015 and is now Editor of the publication, and its supplement Tanks & Terminals. Rosalie has enjoyed contributing to both the magazines and the website, while increasing her knowledge about the industry.
She was born in London and has been living in Farnham since graduating from Loughborough University in July 2013 with a BA (Hons) in History and English. Rosalie enjoys travelling, exercising and cooking.
